The Besseggen is named after a famous mountain ridge in Norway. It’s a stout work knife with a triple laminated blade of high carbon steel wrapped with stainless steel. It’s a wide blade at the base with a generous curved shape. Its wide curly birch handle is comfortable and esthetic and offers a firm and sure grip. A full-tang knife, the leather sheath has a tab to engage the stud on the pommel at the narrowed end of the tang.
